Success With Your Valuable Volunteers

Volunteers are a tremendous resource for associations. As not-for-profit organizations strive to put on conferences, tradeshows, or networking events on tight budgets, volunteers are vital to our success. At this Meeting Planner Roundtable, we will discuss event volunteer management including recruitment, providing non-monetary benefits to our volunteers, oversight, retention and more.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the Tuesday before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
