In order for a successful venue to flourish, there are many parts that must work together to create a positive experience and end result for the event attendee. Being knowledgeable about the different parts of a venue and the specific roles of its employees are important concepts to grasp when working as a meeting or event planner. Venue teams work hard to meet our requests. Learning how that is done enables meeting planners to better prepare for events and work together with the housekeeping, engineering and the food and beverage departments to create smooth and memorable experiences for our members. At this Roundtable, attendees will tour the “back of the house” at Hotel Duval and see firsthand what goes on behind the scenes.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the Tuesday before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
