Goals:

Goal 1 – Provide annual forums for connecting association professionals to establish valuable relationships and share knowledge through three CEO Retreats, two Executive Retreats, one AMC Retreat, our Annual Conference, and Annual Meeting.

Goal 2 – Provide relevant and timely learning experiences and resources to enrich and improve personal and organizational effectiveness offered at the FSAE conferences and events, through our website, ezine and publications.

Goal 3 – Provide leadership opportunities which advance and serve the profession of association and not-for-profit management, through participating in the On Your Watch Symposium for chief staff executives and their elected leaders; serving in key roles on FSAE board and committees; and collaborating through advocacy to protect the work of associations.

Goal 4 – Provide venues for relationship building between Executive members and those Associate members who support the association community, through committee participation, board involvement and at all FSAE events, especially the VIP Reception, Central Florida education and networking sessions, conferences and meetings.

Goal 5 – Provide innovation and initiative to assure FSAE’s growth, vitality and continued ability to serve its members, through valuable educational initiatives, online resources, networking opportunities, partnerships and other entrepreneurial activities that contribute to dramatic membership growth and retention.

Commitment to our Members - The FSAE Board of Directors, staff and volunteers will continue to build a highly effective organization that is member driven and led by skilled leaders; maintain fiscal stability and viability in pursuit of FSAE's mission. We will diversify income with a focus on non-dues revenue generating activities and leverage the capability of FSAE's members to enhance their organizational effectiveness through pooled purchasing and other opportunities. FSAE will inspire members to contribute to success of their organization and the association and not-for-profit sector. FSAE will continue to be a trusted partner and the preferred source for members seeking to achieve their personal and professional goals.
