If you have a paying guest/spouse** registration, the evening events are also included in their registration. Extra tickets to social events are available if you plan to bring any additional (non-registered) guest(s) with you to one or both of the evening events. This is not to be used as an option to bring a co-worker or colleague in the association management or supplier industries.
**Spouse/Guest refers to significant others or family members only.
To be identified as an Executive or Associate on your name badge, you must register separately as such.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing before 5 pm on June 1 to receive a full refund. Cancellations between June 2 and Friday, June 28 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Fees will not be refunded for registrations cancelled after June 28 or for no-shows.
Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via email to [email protected]. There is a $75 processing fee for transfers that happen after June 28, 2024. Transfers after July 1, 2024, will be processed onsite.
Please Note: There is no option to pay later or be invoiced when registering for Conference. Use this form if you need an invoice option.
The FSAE Annual Conference is only affordable because of the generous sponsors that make this event an amazing experience for all attendees. Conference would be nearly three times as expensive for all attendees without their generous support.
