Deanna Menesses is the President/CEO of FSAE in Tallahassee. She works to accomplish FSAE’s goals with their two boards, 18 committees, 4 person staff and with the 800+ members who are either association executives or associate members. Menesses holds a BA in Business Administration from Columbus University and earned the prestigious Certified Association Executive designation (CAE) which signifies mastery of all dimensions of association management. She has previously been the Executive Director of the Capital Area Medical Society in Baton Rouge and Executive Director of the Tennessee Nurses Association and Tennessee Nurses Foundation.

Teri Carden is the Director of Marketing & Technology for the Florida Society of Association Executives. She lives in Tallahassee, Florida and has worked and played in association management since 2009. Teri's key roles are to stay current with technology that impacts the association industry and implement FSAE's marketing strategy. She works with both FSAE boards and with the 800 executive and associate members to help accomplish FSAE's goals. Before coming to FSAE, Teri lived in Nashville, Tennessee where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Marketing and Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. She began her career in management with The Christie Retail Group, Inc. where she managed 40+ employees in 6 cookie and gelato retail locations.

Summer Hall joined the FSAE staff in October 2011. As Director Education & Events she serves as staff liaison for the Annual Conference Committee, Education Committee and Associate Advisory Committee. Summer is a native of Westchester County, New York. She graduated from Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh, NC, where she earned her B.A. in Mass Communications. She later attended Florida A&M University, where she obtained her M.S in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. Summer has more than four years of event planning experience in the association worlds. Prior to joining FSAE, Summer was a Program Administrator (Meeting Planner) with The Florida Bar.

Ann is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities for FSAE and the FSAE Foundation, which also includes invoicing ads and calculating commissions for Source and Resource. She also prepares monthly financial reports and works with FSAE's editor on Resource, obtaining and formatting listings as well as proofing the directory. With input from all the staff, Ann formulates the budgets for both FSAE and the Foundation and works with the CPA on the yearly audit. She is responsible for other administrative duties for complying with city and state requirements, as well as insurance and payroll for staff. Ann's background was working in the home construction /interior design field as an operations manager. Before that, she worked for several years in the technical graphics field at NASA Langley in Virginia, where she prepared technical illustrations for the research scientists and engineers. Ann worked with scientists whose fields of study ranged from the shuttle and hover-craft aviation to the study of how insects fly and the study of lightning strikes. Much of her work was classified information at the time, but some research results have since appeared in aeronautics publications.

Hester Ndoja joined the FSAE staff in January 2008, she is the staff liaison for the Membership Committee, Scholarship Committee, Silent Auction Committee, and Executive Series Luncheons. She earned the Certified Association Executive designation (CAE) in 2009. Hester graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Public Relations. Prior to joining the FSAE team, Hester worked for the Florida Association of Health Plans as the Operations Manager for 4 years.
