FSAE21 Safety Plan

FSAE and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek are committed to making the FSAE 2021 Annual Conference a safe event with your health top-of-mind. Below are the safety plans we are enacting onsite along with Hilton's information on EventReady and CleanStay policies.

  • Conference in-person registration is capped at 350 attendees to allow for social distancing in the General Sessions and social events
  • Breakout rooms will include social-distanced seating
  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the public areas of the hotel and meeting areas
  • Masks are required in all public areas of the hotel, and in all meeting spaces unless actively eating or drinking
  • Attendees will be able to visually identify their comfort-level with designations of Red for No Contact - No exceptions, Yellow for minimal contact, Elbows Only-Still Cautious and Green for High-Fives & Handshakes
  • Registration will be Minimal-Touch 
  • Temperatures will be checked each day before entering the first event
  • Food & Beverage: Plated meals will be served covered until placed on the table in front of each individual guest, and the lid is removed. Buffet meals will have any cold items in individual biodegradable containers and all hot items served by an attendant from behind a Plexiglas shield. Drinks during meals will be served by an attendant. All Servers will be wearing gloves and masks.
  • Directional signage will be included in high-traffic areas for one-way traffic flow
