Budgeting for 2025 will be here before we know it, and if you'd like information on salaries and benefits that similar Florida associations offer, we need your help now. Having this kind of data available is only valuable if we all participate and collectively share our information. Plus, participants receive a complimentary Executive Summary and save $100 on purchasing the full report.
FSAE is partnering with other state SAEs in the Association Societies Alliance and Gallagher to produce an affordable, state and national 2024 Association Compensation, Benefits + Workforce Survey.

• WHO is best to complete? Senior leadership or HR professional
• HOW LONG will it take me to complete? Plan for an hour or less if you pull info together first
• WHAT information should I have ready? Pull your 990 or end of year payroll report, healthcare statement, 401k statements, etc.
The survey has two distinct sections:
- Download the Compensation Questionnaire. Save the Excel spreadsheet to your computer, and once populated, submit using the secure upload link on the first tab.
- Access the Policy and Benefits Questionnaire. The online form does not need to be completed in one session, as long as you use the same computer and have cookies enabled on your browser.
The deadline for submission is Friday, September 20, 2024
Submitted data will be kept strictly confidential and only aggregated results will be reported. All participants will be given the opportunity to reserve a copy of the final report in October.
