As we move towards in-person meetings, the most helpful thing has been to hear from each other on what's working with meetings that have occured. Meetings are now almost brand new and what safety measures, room sets, and feeding attendees physically looks like is different and can be difficult to visualize and plan for.  Join us for an open discussion with your fellow meeting planner colleagues and hotel industry partners for an informative and idea-sharing session on what in-person meetings actually look like now.

Associate Members Make it Happen…
Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
