Planning Tradeshows in the New Era - Panel Discussion

Join us for the March Meeting Planner Roundtable as we discuss how tradeshows are evolving within the Meeting Planning Industry. Panelists from all sides of the tradeshow process will share ideas, lessons learned, and new products that are available for your next tradeshow, whether it be virtual, in-person or hybrid!

Meeting Safety Plan

• Touch Free Check-In: FSAE staff will check you in for the meeting. There will be temperature checks for each attendee before entering the meeting space.
• BYO-Nametag: Bring Your Own Nametag! We will have stick-on options available on-site if you need one.
• Masks Are Required: Make sure to bring your mask! All staff and attendees will be required to wear a face mask. Masks must be worn at all times unless eating or drinking. If you forget your mask we will have a few available at the check in desk.
• Box Lunch: Lunch will be a hot, boxed entrée prepared for your safety and convenience.
• Socially Distanced Set-Up: All tables will be set socially distanced and we will have hand sanitizer available at each table.

Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
