Now that more in-person meetings have occurred, let's get back to focusing on the future of meetings. Dust off those notebooks of "innovative" meeting ideas that are buried on your desk and combine it with the knowledge that we meeting planners have learned mid-pandemic. Join us for a roundtable discussion at The Don Cesar on September 9th to share your ideas and best practices developed over the past year! 

Meeting Safety Plan

We are planning for a touchless registration and safe event to protect all our attendees. This includes:

• BYO-Nametag (bring your own nametag) We will have stick-on options available onsite if you need one
• Agreement to safety guidelines prior to arrival
• Masks are required unless actively eating or drinking 
• Lunch will be prepared and served with your safety in mind
• All tables are set for social distancing
• Hand Sanitizer will be available at each table as well as stations provided throughout the facility
