Building a Marketing Plan for Meetings

The Meeting Planning Industry continues to grow and evolve… including how we communicate about our meetings. Whether a meeting is virtual, in-person, or both, one of the most important aspects of the planning process is still marketing your meeting. Being in a tech-centered era there are so many methods and platforms to market your meeting well. Join us for a discussion with SalterMitchell PR’s Lauren Toner to learn best practices for building a marketing plan for your next meeting.

Meeting Safety Plan

We are planning for a touchless registration and safe event to protect all our attendees. This includes:

• BYO-Nametag (bring your own nametag) We will have stick-on options available onsite if you need one
• Masks are highly recommended unless actively eating or drinking 
• Lunch will be prepared and served with your safety in mind
• All tables are set for social distancing
• Hand Sanitizer will be available at each table as well as stations provided throughout the facility

Associate Members Make it Happen…
Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
