Back for 2026! The table top exhibits will be available in the Auction room to the first 35 paid exhibitors
The Auction always has attendees coming in to view items, play the wine toss, and now they'll have the opportunity to pick up materials at your table or meet with you. Additionally, Thursday and Friday feature Coffee with Exhibitors before morning programming and networking breaks are in Auction room to bring more traffic to you. Exhibitors will be identified in the conference app and on signage, plus you'll receive a list of mailing addresses for attendees to follow up post-show.
Set-Up & Show Hours
Set-up begins Tuesday, July 14 at 1:00 PM and should be completed by Wednesday, July 15 at 11:00 am so that everything is in place before Wednesday's Opening Session. Move out is Friday morning until noon.
Show Hours:
- Tuesday, July 14 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm - Set Up
Set up should be completed by Wednesday at 11 AM
- Wednesday, July 15 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Afternoon Break: 2:15 – 2:45 pm
- Afternoon Break: 2:15 – 2:45 pm
- Thursday, July 16 from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Coffee with Exhibitors: 7:00 - 8:00 am
- Morning Break: 10:00 – 10:45 am
- Afternoon Break: 2:30 – 3:30 pm
- Friday, July 17 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Coffee with Exhibitors 8:00 am - 9:00 am
- Move out: 9:00am - 12:00 pm
Fee Information
Exhibiting fees do not include registration for the Annual Conference. You will need to register for Conference in order to purchase a table. All tables are 6 foot. Limited to 35 exhibitors. Add the Trade Show option to your Conference registration form to purchase your table. Discounts are available for Conference Sponsors and VIP Hosts.

Fine Print
Exhibiting fees do not include registration for Annual Conference. You will need to register for Conference in order to purchase a table. All tables are 6 foot. Limited to 35 exhibitors.
You may have multiple representatives at your table, but only ONE person will be the main contact for the table. We won't be able to split tables or prices. Any additional representatives must also be registered for Annual Conference under their own profile.
You may request your table location and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing before 5pm on Friday, May 29 to receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after June 19 or for no-shows.
