You’ve asked and we’re delivering! This year we are offering a mini-trade show of table top exhibits in the Silent Auction room to the first 20 paid exhibitors.

The Silent Auction always has attendees coming in to view items, play the wine toss, and now they'll have the opportunity to pick up materials at your table or meet with you. Additionally, Thursday's networking breaks will be in Auction room to bring more traffic to you. Exhibitors will be identified in the conference app and on signage, plus you'll receive a list of mailing addresses for attendees to follow up post-show.

Set-Up & Show Hours

Set-up begins Tuesday, July 19 at 1:00 PM and should be completed by Wednesday, July 20 at 11:30 am so that everything is in place before lunch break prior to Wednesday's Opening Session. Take-down is Friday morning from 8:30 – 10:30 AM.

Auction Hours:

  • Tuesday, July 19 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM - Set Up
  • Wednesday, July 20 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday, July 21 from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
    • Morning Break: 10:00 – 10:45 AM
    • Afternoon Break: 2:30 – 3:30 PM
  • Friday, July 22 from 8:30 -10:30 AM - Move out

 

Fee Information

Exhibiting fees do not include registration for the Annual Conference. You will need to register for Conference in order to purchase a table. All tables are 6 foot. Limited to 20 exhibitors. Select the Trade Show option on the Conference registration form to purchase your table. Discounts are available for Conference Sponsors and VIP Hosts. Fine Print

Exhibiting fees do not include registration for Annual Conference. You will need to register for Conference in order to purchase a table. All tables are 6 foot. Limited to 20 exhibitors.

You may have multiple representatives at your table, but only ONE person will be the main contact for the table. We won't be able to split tables or prices. Any additional representatives must also be registered for Annual Conference under their own profile. 

You may request your table location and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing before 5pm on Friday, July 1 to receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after July 1 or for no-shows.
