The Butterfly Effect: Your Influence Can Change the World

Hosted & Sponsored by: Hotel Duval

1 Hour CAE Expected

Matthew Renz

Speaker: Matthew Renz
Do you want to make a greater impact on people? Everyone influences others. The Butterfly Effect is much like our individual influence, and this talk will help you understand the power of your influence. You will learn how to grow your influence, so that you can have a greater impact on people. To engage the audience, The Butterfly Effect is tailored to associations, crafted through telephone interviews with members of FSAE. Whatever your vocation or aspiration, you can increase your impact on others by learning to use your influence.

Learning Objectives:
1. Discover the profound impact of influence by uncovering who you influence, who influences you, and why. You will be surprised at the dynamics at play.
2. Learn position doesn’t define influence: Influence isn’t limited to titles or authority; it’s about how we connect with people.
3. Unlock ten powerful strategies to cultivate and harness your influence effectively, fostering positive change within your organization, and beyond.

Registration Fees:
FSAE Members: $35 after Nov 14: $45
Non-Members: $45 after Nov 14 : $55
