FSAE Announces Hester Ndoja as President/CEO

Hester NdojaTallahassee, FL (February 21, 2024) --  The Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE), a prominent organization dedicated to professional development in association management, proudly announces the appointment of Hester Ndoja, CAE as the new President/CEO.

In her new role, Ndoja (pronounced en-doy-ah), steps into the permanent position with a remarkable history of accomplishment and vision. Her extensive knowledge and experience position her as a driving force for FSAE, with a proven track record of strengthening membership and revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Having dedicated 20 years to association management, Ndoja has been an invaluable part of FSAE since 2008, serving as Director of Membership & Development, and Vice President since 2015. She assumed the role of Interim CEO following the passing of our esteemed leader, Frank Rudd in September 2023.

A Tallahassee native, Hester holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Florida State University and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification in 2010.

With her wealth of experience and leadership, Hester is poised to guide FSAE into a new era of success. The FSAE community looks forward to continued growth and innovation under her capable leadership.

The Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) fosters collaboration of association management professionals through networking and educational events, online communities and best-practice resources. With 1,100+ members, FSAE has been serving the association industry throughout Florida for over 60 years.
