Insurance experts from Hunt Insurance Group will discuss best practices and policies for associations. Join Hunt Insurance Group in exploring how to identify gaps in coverage and which key policies your organization should have. You’ll leave knowing how to best ensure that your organization has the coverage it needs in case the worst happens.

 

Stephen Blake has been with Hunt Insurance Group for three years as a Property & Casualty Underwriter & Account Executive. He has been in the Insurance Industry for over ten years previously working for Star & Shield Services as the Agency Services Manager and State Farm as a Sales Associate. He assists in the management of two large self-insurance funds while actively marketing to associations and its members alternative insurance programs. He has a degree in Finance from the University of West Florida and holds a 2-20 Property & Casualty License.

John E. Hunt, Jr. was with Hunt Insurance Group for 43 years serving as President, Chairman and CEO. He retired to begin the Star & Shield Group as Executive Chairman and stayed there for seven years. He has since returned to Hunt Insurance Group LLC as Executive Vice President and Principle two years ago. John oversees the Property & Casualty Department and marketing assisting in the development of new accounts, programs and P&C self-insurance funds. He also assists the team with reviews and management of client insurance accounts. He holds a holds a 2-20 Property & Casualty License and has a certification as Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Tamara Volkert has been with Hunt Insurance Group for 9 years serving as Program Developer in Employee Benefits and Vice President and prior to that worked for the national carrier Aetna for 14 years. She oversees several programs include two self-insurance pools. Tamara supervises the EB marketing and develops new business including new programs. She also assists with large employer renewals and service to clients. She holds a 2-15 Health & Life license and is PPACA certified by the National Association of Health Underwriters.
