At the CEO/Executive Director Roundtable, Keith Hetrick will bring his 30 years of legal and legislative experience to present on best practices for association bylaws, including real world examples and background on state and local association governance. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of bylaws, the variations that exist among organizations and the benefits of establishing rules for association leadership. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their organizations’ bylaws to the Roundtable as well as questions/concerns/opportunities that they have regarding them.
