Whether you are an emerging professional, or been in the association space for a while, we all periodically feel doubt about our qualifications and worth. You're not the only one. Many high achievers experience imposter syndrome - a psychological phenomenon that can turn success into a constant fear of being exposed as a fraud.

Adding to this challenge is the fact that many of us don’t feel comfortable advocating for ourselves. Self-advocacy is a learned behavior, but not everyone has seen it modeled or had the opportunity to practice it.
