The 2026 FSAE Women’s Summit takes place March 25 at the Florida State Conference Center (Turnbull Center) in Tallahassee. The Women's Summit and features inspiring speakers and valuable networking opportunities to enhance the leadership skills of women in association management.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be received in writing before 5 pm on March 11 to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after March 11 or for no-shows.

Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via email to events@fsae.org or call/text 850-222-7994. Transfers after March 11 will be processed onsite.

Entrepreneurship is not just for Silicon Valley. It is thriving in the association space too. This interactive panel will feature 2 to 3 women who began their careers as association executives and went on to build businesses and tools that now serve the industry. Attendees will hear candid stories of risk taking, resilience, and lessons learned, as well as each panelist sharing the role AI tools played in launching or running their ventures. Participants will leave inspired to ask themselves, “Why not me?” and equipped with fresh ideas for turning industry gaps into innovative solutions.
