Professional Bio
Adrian joined the FSAE staff in September 2012 as Marketing & Communications Director. In 2024, her role expanded to Marketing & Membership Director where she'll take a more active role in the development of member engagement, retention and recruitment strategies. She serves as staff liaison for the Conference Marketing Committee, Membership Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She earned her CAE certification in 2016.
Adrian has over 25 years of experience creating innovative marketing and communications for businesses and organizations. Having a rich history with associations and non-profits, Adrian worked for the Florida Justice Association for seven years as Member Services Coordinator, as well as the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Refuge House organizations. Adrian has lived in Tallahassee for most of her life, but also claims Savannah, GA as home. She graduated from Radford University (VA) with a degree in English and a deep love for reading and expressing herself through writing.
