What's a Competitive Advantage and Why do You Need One?

Sponsored by: Visit Panama City Beach

1 Hour CAE Expected

Speaker: Mary Byers

Competitive advantage is a condition or circumstance that puts an association in a favorable or superior business position. What's yours? This is a question that all associations must answer—and one most don’t spend enough time on. Borrowed from the for-profit arena, the competitive advantage concept has powerful implications for associations. Identifying and communicating your advantage helps lead to higher membership, engagement, and revenue—and these lead to increased impact and influence, both essential for purpose-driven organizations.

 Objectives:

Learn the value of articulating a strong and succinct value proposition.
- Understand the power of member segmentation
- Learn the seven-step process for identifying and communicating your unique value proposition

Registration Fees:
