Strategic Communications Bootcamp

Sponsored by:  Visit Tallahassee

Speaker: Teresa Coulter

In an age of declining joinership, associations must rethink how they communicate with members. Retention should be priority #1—because the best new member is the member you already have. This Strategic Communications Bootcamp pushes beyond the basics and helps participants rethink how their communications plans can become strategic levers for connecting with their members. We’ll begin by reinforcing essential writing fundamentals that ensure clarity, credibility, and consistency. From there, we’ll explore innovative strategies that maximize limited resources, increase member awareness, and align communications with organizational goals.
