Keynote Speaker: Annie Meehan, CSP
Join keynote speaker Annie Meehan for an uplifting, high-energy session designed specifically for association professionals who are focused on strengthening member engagement, retention, and growth. Through her signature “Pineapple Person” approach—standing tall in your values, wearing your invisible crown of self-worth, and leading with kindness—Annie will share how connection is the true currency of every thriving association.
Annie brings over 20 years of experience working in conferences, expos, and networking environments, along with a deep understanding of how meaningful connections drive both personal and organizational success. You’ll leave this session not only inspired—but equipped with simple, powerful tools to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and create a culture where members feel they truly belong.
In this interactive and story-driven keynote, you’ll discover how to:
- Create authentic connections that make members feel seen, valued, and excited to stay involved
- Attract and retain members by elevating not just your offerings—but the experience of belonging
- Shift from competition to collaboration, building stronger partnerships with planners, suppliers, and industry peers
- Communicate with confidence, warmth, and intention—turning everyday conversations into meaningful relationships
- Care for yourself as a leader, so you can stay energized, present, and effective in serving others
