The Meeting Planner Forum is an informal retreat for Association Executives and Third-Party Planners where you can discuss new ideas and current challenges with a small group of your peers. The agenda is created by the participants and hosted at a beautiful property with complimentary hotel rooms and meals included for Friday and Saturday.
To keep the discussions intimate, no more than 30 participants are allowed to register. For an additional fee, you may bring one adult guest who will be invited to the Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday dinner but not to the Retreat sessions or Saturday lunch. Children are not allowed at any event. Hotel rooms are included in registration for Friday and Saturday night, with a discounted rate available to extend your stay. This event is also open to Non-Members.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made in writing before noon on August 21, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after that date or for no-shows.
Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via email to events@fsae.org or call/text 850-222-7994.
