Hosted & Sponsored by: Renaissance Daytona Beach Ocean Front

1 Hour CAE Expected

Bee

Speaker: Leigh-Kathryn Bonner

Leadership Through the Eyes of a Beekeeper is built around the study of biomimicry. The presentation reveals how lessons from the beehive translate into building stronger, more connected organizations and high-performing teams. By highlighting the power of trust, effective communication, and collaboration, she shows how leaders can cultivate cultures where people and purpose thrive together. Her talk inspires audiences to see leadership not as a position, but as a daily practice of creating environments where teams can do their best work.

Objectives:

  • Honeybees quickly adapt to their ever-changing environments ( human takeaway: the importance of leading in a VUCA world)
  • Honeybees are the masters of courageous communication ( human takeaway: it's essential as leaders and teams to understand the importance of  "getting it right vs. getting along)
