Is Your Employee Handbook Outdated? What Employers Need to Know Now

Sponsored by: Barnes Capital Group & Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A

1 Hour CAE Expected

When was the last time you really looked at your employee handbook?  Workplace expectations, technology, and employment laws continue to evolve and policies that worked a few years ago may no longer be enough.

Join an employment law attorney with Sniffen & Harmon, P.A. for a practical look at what employers should be reviewing, updating, adding (or even removing) from their employee handbooks.  The session will explore current legal considerations, common handbook mistakes, and emerging workplace issues including AI, remote and hybrid work, social media, privacy, technology use, leave and accommodations, and more.

Designed specifically for association executives who often wear the HR hat, this session will help you identify potential gaps and walk away with a clearer understanding of what to review in your own organization’s policies.

**If you are encountering any issues registering, please call the office at (850) 222-7994**

Questions? Please text or call 850.222.7994 or email events@fsae.org.
