FSAE26 Orientation Recording | Conference FAQ | Pack Tips

 

FSAE is partnering with The Link Event Professionals to provide our Conference app! The app provides up-to-the-minute program information, the Conference Social Feed, maps, sponsor details, an attendee directory, numerous networking opportunities, and more. Thank you Ocala/Marion County for sponsoring the app!
1. Click here to download the app on your phone or tablet or scan the QR code. You can also search for “Event App by EventMobi” in your app store. NOTE: The conference app will be inside of the EventMobi app. If you prefer, you can also access the app online by visiting eventmobi.com/fsae26 on any device.
2. Event Code: fsae26 - In the EventMobi app, use this event code to find the FSAE Conference to login

3. Click on View Event to be taken to the login page. Login with your email address used to register for the conference and create your own password. If you have used EventMobi before, you’ll need to enter your previous password. Click “Forgot Password” to reset if needed

Parking: FSAE26 Attendees receive 50% off current parking rates for self parking and valet. Conference Registration will have vouchers for any day-drivers for reduced parking rates.
The Resort Fee is also included in your room rate so enjoy all hotel amenities! Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Registration is open on Tuesday from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Wednesday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
The Registration Desk is located in the Peninsula Foyer. Be sure to pick up your name badge for all events. 
When to Arrive: The Opening Session starts at 12:00 pm and includes lunch! Thank you Pyramid Global Hospitality!
Are you a first-time attendee?  Meet other first timers at 11:15 am in on Wednesday before the Opening Session. The Meet Up will be in Crystal A-B, next to the Auction & Trade Show. This is a great opportunity to connect with other attendees. Bring your business cards! 

**Look for Turndown Surprises in your room in the evenings. If you leave a do-not-disturb on your door, check in with the Registration desk the next morning for items. And please thank your sponsors**

Badges will be printed on-demand, onsite this year - thank you American Tradeshow Services! Watch for your email with a QR code for faster check-in. You will be able to search for yourself by name as well.
The Auction is Already Live! All bidding happens online, even when you're onsite. Click here to view items, set up your account and place your bids! All bidding closes Thursday, July 16 at 3:30 PM.
To get your bidding juices flowing, there will be TWO special items AUCTIONED LIVE during the Opening Session. 
HINT: they might BREAKERS the bank & make some MAGIC!
  • Have Wine or a Silent Auction item to drop off?  The Auction is located in Crystal Ballroom C-E.
    Drop off items on Wednesday after 8:00 am only!
     
  • Play Auction Wine & Liquor Toss - $20 gets you 35 tosses and you get to keep whatever bottle you land on! Bring cash or use the Auction site to buy your rings! Want to make it even more fun? Bring a bottle of wine or liquor to add to the pot and keep the festivities going longer! Just drop off your donation in the Auction room.
     
  • Win BIG with Big Ticket Vacation Packages  including 2-night stays from Marriott International Hotels & Resorts of FL; 2-night stays from OPAL Collection Properties, 2-night Stays from Hyatt Hotels in Florida, and Margaritaville Cruise & Hotel Stays by Teneo Hospitality Group! Purchase your Big Tickets in the Auction site or onsite from a volunteer before 3:30 on Thursday, July 16. Drawing takes place at the Friday Closing Brunch.
🍺Thursday Beer Tasting FUNdraiser  - Support the FSAE Foundation and network at the Beer Tasting FUNdraiser on Thursday at 3:30. Join us for a sampling of craft beers from around Florida, and raise funds the FSAE Foundation (instead of the lobby bar) for your pre-Gala refreshments. Pre-registration is required and space is filling up fast. Contact us or add it onsite!
📝Community Project: Build School Supply Kits - Thursday at 3:30, attendees can help assemble 285 school supply kits for kids in need. Cash donations are also accepted. Learn More
🧳Friday Baggage Station  - To make your Friday travel go even more smoothly, we are offering a Baggage Storage Station for all attendees to store your bags until conference adjourns at 11:30. Sponsored by Hilton Pensacola Beach
