Yes, the host hotel, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, is sold out. You may be able to get a room or adjust your stay if people cancel. The room block cut-off for the host and overflow hotels have passed as well. >>Hotel Info
The Trade Show is sold out. We do have a wait list - email hester@fsae.org to be added to it.

The Executive VIP Reception is Wednesday, July 16 from 5:30 - 7:00.
All association executive attendees and their registered guests are invited to this upscale progressive reception at the Caribe Royale Orlando for hors d’oeuvres, libations and networking. Associate attendees are invited to host this exclusive event. The opportunity is limited to the first 60 paid registration forms received.
Registration opens Tuesday, July 14 from 3:00-5:00 pm, and again Wednesday morning, July 15 from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. The Reg Desk will be open during education hours on Thursday and Friday.

What to Wear: Retro Glam & Sparkle

Conference Gala: The Art of Glow

What to Wear: Glow Out
Resort wear meets neon flair. Embrace bold colors and glow accessories. The brighter, the better. 
Include comfortable shoes for walking and know that we will be spending some time outside.

Anyone! The Auction is open to all members and non-members, so tell your colleagues, friends & family. All bidding happens on your phone/online, so you don't have to attend Conference to participate. New items are being added for the July Auction. - opens for bids July 6 and closes at 3:30 PM EST Thursday, July 16. View Auction Items Now
The Auction supports the FSAE Foundation and underwrites education for all events, funds Foundation Grants and supports initiatives like the Salary & Compensation Survey.

Cancellations past June 19 are not eligible for refunds.
FSAE26 will be supporting Orlando’s A Gift for Teaching to not only help provide supplies and resources to teachers for students who need them the most, but also to help put art and music programs into schools that cannot afford them.
This year, Conference attendees have the opportunity to give back by building 285 school supply kits during our Community Service Project on Thursday afternoon at 3:30.
