📣Hester Ndoja Elected to ALC Board of Directors

FSAE is proud to have a voice in the national association community!
Our President & CEO, Hester Ndoja, CAE, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Association Leadership Coalition (ALC), a national network of leaders from state, local and regional societies of association executives across the country.

ALC recently gathered in Indianapolis in conjunction with the ASAE Annual Conference, bringing SAE leaders together to share ideas, challenges, successes and perspectives from their respective organizations and communities. These conversations, and the relationships built through them, provide tremendous value, allowing leaders to learn from one another and bring new ideas and best practices back to the members they serve.

The meeting also marked an exciting new chapter for the organization with the official launch of its new name and brand, evolving from the Association Societies Alliance to the Association Leadership Coalition.

Hester’s election to the ALC Board continues FSAE’s commitment to leadership beyond Florida and ensures our members are represented in important conversations happening among SAE leaders nationwide. We’re excited for the opportunity to both contribute FSAE’s perspective and bring valuable ideas, resources and connections back to Florida’s association community.
