📣John Ricco Announced as New CEO for FMHA

Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA), the only organization in Florida whose sole purpose is to protect and promote the off-site home building industry has announced the appointment of John R. Ricco, II, MPA, CAE its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2025.

Ricco succeeds Jim Ayotte, CAE, who will retire March 31, 2026, after 18 years of dedicated service. 

With over 30 years of experience working for a number of associations, Ricco brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and strategic growth.

Prior to joining FMHA, Ricco served as Vice President and Chief Staff Executive at Partners in Association Management, where he provided proactive leadership on legislative, regulatory, and legal issues while building productive relationships with government officials.
