FAQ / How will mentors and mentees be matched?
- The program will be capped at 10 pairings.
- Mentors and Mentees will answer a series of questions during the application process that staff will use to match pairings.
- The program is open to Association Executives and Associate Suppliers, and industry matching will be taken into account when pairing mentors to mentees.
- If we have an uneven group of mentors or mentees, we will give priority to those who applied first and encourage matched applicants to apply again in the future.
- If we do not receive the minimum amount of applications we will reschedule for the Fall.
