CAE1 Hour CAE

Jo-Aynne von BornSpeaker: Jo-Aynne von Born

When we clash with team members or co-workers, conflict is inevitable but it doesn’t have to be negative.

Mindful Conflict Resolution seeks to productively create positive outcomes with awareness, collaboration and respect to cultivate growth-oriented resolutions. Discover the basic qualities of mindfulness and why they matter, plus identify your conflict management style to learn how it impacts resolutions. Learn the mindful 5 step process for assessing, managing and resolving conflicts to help create the best outcomes possible.
