Join FSAE and Marriott International for a Roundtable Luncheon of good company, good food and good conversation at Proof Brewing Company. We’ll share ideas, get to know each other and have some fun holiday games. Plus, we will have a philanthropy project everyone can participate in.

TMH Children’s Center Donation Drive
Please bring a NEW clothing item (newborn to men’s and women’s XXL) to be donated to the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Children’s Center. The Children’s Center has a pediatric unit that serves ages Newborn to 18 years old, in all shapes and sizes. Often patients must have the clothing that they arrive in removed, or are being discharged to places where they do not have clothing available.

If you are not able to provide a clothing item, monetary donations will be accepted at the Roundtable!

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 222-7994. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.

Associate Members Make it Happen… 
Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.
