Anytime there is a disconnect, we often strive to discover the root or reason for such. We do it in our relationships, in our finances, in our health, and even with our service providers. But what about organizational disconnection and the relationship members have with your associations? According to the 2021 Membership Marketing Benchmark Report, 45% of associations saw a decline in membership renewal. Why? They don't feel seen, heard, or valued. In other words, they don't feel connected.

What happens when we forget to pay attention to the people who make or break the success and longevity of our organizations?
What occurs when we take for granted that there could be a leak in the chain?
What creates a culture in both your office and your organization that inspires people to engage and align with the vision, mission, and goals?
Repairing Organizational Disconnections will answer those questions and more.

Registration Fees:
FSAE Members: $30 after May 4: $35
Non-Members: $40 after May 4: $45

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing by 5:00 pm, May 11  to receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 11, WILL NOT receive a refund. There will be no refunds for “no shows.”

**Bring A Bottle for the FSAE Foundation Silent Auction**  
Each attendee that brings a bottle(s) of wine or liquor to the event will receive one free Big Ticket for the FSAE Foundation Auction Big Ticket drawing at the Annual Conference in July. You do not have to be present to win. Bottles of wine or liquor collected at FSAE events will be used to stock the FSAE Foundation Wine Toss at the Annual Conference. Please include a label on any bottles donated so that your association or company can be recognized for your donation. *Only one free Big Ticket will be given out per person per event.*
