The FSAE Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee frequently discusses the challenges and successes members are experiencing in their organizations with DEI issues. This webinar is an invitation for all members to join the conversation to ask your questions, voice your challenges and learn from the positive and the negative experiences of other organizations. 

We know DEI issues are difficult to discuss. No one wants to say the wrong thing or "look bad" to their peers, so all participants will have the opportunity to ask anonymous questions. Additionally, our facilitators are experienced in creating safe spaces for challenging topics to be discussed in a respectful way.

The session will not be recorded to allow for a candid conversation.
