The Meeting Planner Forum is an informal retreat for Association Executives Meeting Planners where you can discuss new ideas and current challenges with a small group of your peers. The agenda is created by the participants and hosted at a beautiful property with complimentary hotel rooms and meals included for Friday & Saturday.

To keep the discussions intimate, no more than 30 participants allowed to register. For an additional $75, you may bring one adult guest who will be invited to the Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday dinner but not to the Retreat sessions or Saturday lunch. Sorry but no children allowed at any event. All hotel rooms are non-smoking. This event is also open to Non-Members.

Hotel Information

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors at the PGA National Resort, your hotel room is complimentary on Friday and Saturday nights. 
For those wanting to come early, a special rate of $199 per night room rate for 3 days pre and post event, if you would like to come in early or stay later. (Please contact FSAE, if you would like to add on additional nights) FSAE will reserve your room based on the arrival/departure dates you provide during registration. You will need to provide a credit card onsite for any additional nights.

Member Guests: $75 thru Feb 10; $100 Feb 11 - Mar 3

Non-Members: $275 thru Feb 10; $325 Feb 11 - Mar 3
Non-Member Guests: $100 thru Feb 10; $125 Feb 11 - Mar 3

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made in writing by 5:00 pm, March 1 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made after March 1 WILL NOT receive a refund. There will be no refunds for “no shows.”
