Celebrating diversity isn't a one and done. We should be vigilant in recognizing the diverse and various cultural practices observed around the world. When it comes to our staff, members, and the public, what and how do we recognize, observe, and celebrate? How do we decide? Join us as we share the opportunities there are to create unity by embracing diversity and sharing with our colleagues, members, and the public. We will provide examples of strategies used to normalize our multicultural celebrations in the workplace and how we've used them to highlight and celebrate members.
