Finding the Right Leaders for Your Organizational Strategy

Speaker: Steve Hopkins, Director, Organizational Performance; Wipfli

Organizations spend considerable time crafting their business strategy, calling upon Board members, volunteers and senior leadership to help chart the course for their evolution. However, without a clear and focused people strategy, even the best strategic plans can fail.

This interactive session will focus on helping you to create this clear linkage between strategy and volunteers, delving into the necessary components and identifying the key ingredients of leadership development essential to goal execution. Through this lens we’ll explore how volunteer and leadership development provide the necessary bridge to ensuring business objectives become business outcomes.
