Finding the Right Leaders for Your Organizational Strategy

This interactive session will focus on helping you to create this clear linkage between strategy and volunteers, delving into the necessary components and identifying the key ingredients of leadership development essential to goal execution. Through this lens we’ll explore how volunteer and leadership development provide the necessary bridge to ensuring business objectives become business outcomes.
