AI Unleashed: Streamlining Safety and Operations for Smarter Events

 1 Hour CAE Expected

Speaker: Brian Avery

In the complex world of event management, safety and operational efficiency are often seen as distinct challenges. However, the "AI Unleashed: Streamlining Safety and Operations for Smarter Events" session proposes a unified approach, where AI is leveraged to enhance both aspects simultaneously. This presentation will explore how artificial intelligence can consolidate diverse and voluminous safety and operational protocols, enabling more efficient real-time decision-making and risk management. Through real-world case studies, interactive AI tool demonstrations, and discussions, participants will gain insights into how AI applications are transforming the landscape of event management by making it safer and more operationally efficient. This session is crucial for professionals seeking to integrate cutting-edge technology into their event planning and execution processes, ensuring that safety and operations are seamlessly aligned for optimal outcomes.
